Julie's (tomatillo) cilantro ranch dressing

This dressing is amazing! This recipe is from my beloved friend Julie and includes tips from her when she taught me to make it. It goes great with anything Mexican: tacos, burritos, rice/beans, etc. This recipe is pretty flexible as you will see so you can adjust it to your tastes.

Ingredients
1/3-1/2 bunch cilantro, rinsed with stems removed (chop them off or cut them with kitchen shears)
1/4 C jalapeños, canned and tamed (and without the juice lest it taste too much like vinegar) (2 TB if the jalapeños are chopped chopped)
1 C mayo (NOT miracle whip--once again, you don't want it to taste like vinegar)
1/2 C milk
1.5-2 TB dry ranch mix (to taste)
1/2 C tomatillo salsa (optional)

Directions
Pulse the cilantro and jalapeños a few times in a food processor or blender. You don't want it to be mush, just chopped up a bit. Then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse a few more times until well mixed. Pour over everything you eat for maximum satisfaction.
