Food Storage Crepes

We've had quite a bit of powdered milk and eggs in our food storage, and I found this recipe while looking for ways to use it in our regular cooking. These crepes turned out really well, and I use this recipe often.


4 Eggs (1/4 C. Dehydrated Eggs + 1/2 C. Water)
1 C Flour (1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour + 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour)
1 C Milk (3 T. Powdered Milk + 1 C. Water)
1TB oil
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Blend, and pour in pan 1/4 C at a time.
